About Night Guard (Occlusal Splint)
Many people grind or clench their teeth in their sleep without knowing it. Over time, this can wear down enamel, crack teeth and cause jaw soreness and morning headaches. A night guard sits between the teeth to absorb the force.
A custom guard made from impressions of your mouth fits far better than a shop-bought one and is more comfortable to sleep in.
